Church is just 1 hour of the week. But the other 167 hours matter just as much.

A few years ago, that realization hit me hard. I was taking my kids to church every Sunday, signing them up for VBS, making sure they knew the Bible stories. But when we were home—at the dinner table, in the car, navigating everyday life—I wasn’t sure how to help them actually know Jesus. I knew the Bible stories weren’t enough. I wanted them to see faith as something real, not just something we did on Sundays.
That question wouldn’t leave me alone:
What was shaping my kids’ faith the other 167 hours of the week?
That’s where Living 167 comes from. I couldn’t find resources that bridged the gap between Sunday school lessons and real life at home. So I created what I needed—a way to understand how my kids would actually come to know Jesus and simple habits to help us get there. When I started sharing what I was learning, I realized other moms were stuck in the same place I had been.

Meet Kelly
Mom of three, wife to Ricky (we met at church!), and a believer in miracles. I love a good book, thrifting for “ugly” grandpa sweaters, and can recite the alphabet backwards—though I’m not sure why that’s a skill I have.
I created Living 167 because my kids had Sunday School faith, and I wanted more for them. When I went looking for help, everything was age-specific. I needed something that worked for our whole family, across all ages and stages. So I created it.
