2. PURCHASE TERMS

Digital Products

When you purchase digital products from Living 167 (including the HEART Guide, downloadable resources, and other digital content):

Payment must be completed in full before access is granted
You will receive access to your digital products via email upon successful payment
You should download your digital products immediately upon receipt
We cannot guarantee future access to previously purchased digital products, so please save your downloads in a secure location
All digital product sales are final due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital goods

Physical Products

When you purchase physical products from Living 167 through Stan Store, Etsy, or TikTok Shop:

Products will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase or within the timeframe specified by the platform
Shipping is currently available within the United States only
If you have questions about international shipping, please contact us at contact@living167.com
All physical product sales are final – we do not accept returns or exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

Membership Subscriptions

When you join the Living 167 Collective membership:

Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis
Payment is processed automatically on the same day each month
You will receive full details on how to manage and cancel your membership upon joining
Access to membership content and resources continues through the end of your paid billing period

3. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Digital Products

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales of digital items (including the HEART Guide and other downloadable resources) are final. Once payment is processed and you receive access to the digital content, we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage you to review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Physical Products

All physical product purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on physical items purchased through Stan Store, Etsy, or TikTok Shop. Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and details carefully before placing your order.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Living 167 Collective membership at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided when you join. Please note:

Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month
Some platforms may have specific cancellation timelines – please refer to your platform’s guidelines
Once you cancel, you will retain access to membership content through the end of your current paid billing period
No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, even if you cancel mid-month
After your paid period ends, access to membership-exclusive content will be terminated

Failed Membership Payments

If a membership payment fails:

We will make one attempt to contact you via email
You will have 7 days to respond and update your payment information
If we do not receive a response within 7 days, your membership subscription will be terminated
You are welcome to rejoin at any time, though founding member pricing may no longer be available

Founding Member Pricing

Founding member pricing is offered for a limited time only (specific enrollment deadline will be communicated separately)
If you join during the founding member period, your discounted rate will be honored in perpetuity as long as your membership remains active
If you cancel your membership and later rejoin, founding member pricing may no longer be available

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Ownership

All content, materials, products, and resources provided by Living 167 are the exclusive intellectual property of Living 167 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

The HEART Guide and all related materials
Membership content and resources
Physical product designs (including prayer jars, conversation starters, and other faith-based tools)
Website content, graphics, and branding
Videos, worksheets, templates, and downloadable resources
Course materials and educational content

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use digital products and membership content for personal, non-commercial use within your household
Share printed or digital materials with members of your immediate household
Implement strategies and ideas from our resources in your own family life

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

Share, redistribute, or resell any Living 167 content, products, or materials
Post membership-exclusive content in public forums, social media, or other online spaces
Use any Living 167 content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on our physical product designs (for example, creating prayer jars with the same scriptures for resale)
Remove copyright notices or branding from any materials
Share your membership login credentials with others
Record, screenshot, or redistribute videos or course content from the membership

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our products and services without refund.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship physical products within the United States only
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase, or within the timeframe specified by the e-commerce platform (Stan Store, Etsy, or TikTok Shop)
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected
You will receive tracking information once your order ships

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available
If you are located outside the United States and have questions, please contact us at contact@living167.com

Lost or Damaged Items

Living 167 is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

No sharing or soliciting personal contact information without consent
No using community content for commercial purposes
No impersonating others or creating fake accounts

Removal and Termination

Living 167 reserves the right to:
